The so called Law Society won’t do anything about bent, dishonest, lazy, inept or plain stupid Solicitors . . . SO I WILL. The Law Society ignores complaints of dishonesty and deception and indeed condones it, aided and abetted by their pals at The Legal Services Ombudsman’s office.
This is not only against all common decency but is detrimental to all the customers of the law industry.
Who are beguiled by the LIE posted by every Solicitors Firm . . “Regulated by the Law Society”. If you read these sites, or do searches on The Law Society or go to my Legal Links page you will find that there is no regulation. Worse than that,The Law Society actually participates against a complainants interests.
I am going to use my considerable WEB power to seek assistance from all malcontents who have and will be prepared to do this sort of thing to club together make the WEB a no-go-area for firms such as these.
BY DEFINITION . . ANY . . Law firm that finds themselves in this predicament . . lampooned on the web . . is either GUILTY, ARROGANT, or just plain STUPID. Either way they have no right to practice as Solicitors.
If they can’t use the tool of their trade . . THE LAW to protect themselves they don’t deserve to be allowed to charge, to do likewise for others.
From now on, any Legal firm that finds itself lambasted on the web and does not seek proper legal redress or more likely cannot will find themselves on my sites in spectacular fashion as you see below. . .

If you want someone to blame, Moss & Coleman (apart from yourselves) you can blame Ingram Winter Green, Denniss Matthews and The Law Society for refusing to investigate them.

CONSPIRATORS Denniss Matthews Solicitors Anerley and Islington (they have yet to deny it and will remain so named until they do) have been very busy. They have managed to close half my sites (for a litle while). Unfortunately for them they chose a very stupid time to do it . . . Right in the middle of an election. When there is a great deal of interest in the sort of chap who is prepared to found his own political party CRACC and fight against the bureaucracy of Croydon Council, for instance. Richard Pendlebury of the Daily Mail got very interested in all this and Colin and his wife Thelma are to be featured in The Mail . . . . as for my sites? . . They are going to be hosted in elsewhere from now on (as you can see). Denniss Matthews wouldn’t have a leg to stand on if they took me to Court otherwise they would do so . . . so they went after the hosting Co . . see Law Society Dirty Tricks page . and my Letter to Denniss Matthews
Followers of my sites might have noticed that they have been down more than they have been up these last two weeks . . . That is because since they were moved offshore to escape legal dirty tricks the servers have been under constant attack . . . Enough to destroy the hard drives. . . Can’t say who it is of course and it can’t be Ingram Winter Green or Denniss Matthews because they aren’t even clever enough to be Solicitors. . . however I’m told they know a man who is clever enough and he’s a CROOK . These sites were created because Solicitors Ingram Winter Green and Denniss Matthews will not respond to my many letters, and because The Law Society will not investigate all this:-
For the removal of doubt, I have never called Daniel J Ginsbury “a lying, conniving, scheming piece of pig shit, low life life gutter scum”.
I merely ask the question? If all of the above is true would that make him one? Daniel Ginsbury declines to ans either the former or the latter. It is true that I accuse IWG of being a bunch of total Wankers for allowing these sites to be here and are not able to fathom a way out of this dilemma. Not worthy to call themselves Solicitors in fact.

My claims made on this and other web sites are based on the fact that Metcalfe Copeman
& Pettefar
( MCP Law ) refuse to answer even the most basic of questions. They should
have no reason, unless to do so would embarrass them or their clients in disclosure
of lies, connivance, and conspiracy. In exactly the same fashion as the IWG, Denniss
Matthews conspiracy. I have asked them over and over again to tell the truth but
they have declined.
It is reasonable and correct therefore to make the assumptions
that I have and that are printed through out these sites. MCP Law still have the
opportunity to refute these claims if they wish . . . Provided they can prove it
that is. . .
COLIN IS BACK . . . My sites have fallen by the wayside for a year while I was being sued unsuccessfully in the High Court of Justice . . . . Not for Defamation or Lible; because every word in them is true. . . but for Harassment under the 1997 Act. . . Trouble is . . One of MCP clients had to PERJURE himselves to do it. With the assistance of MCP Law of course who had no right to be in the sameCourtroom , according to the rules, let alone prosecuting. There will be a tale to tell of Conspiracy to Defraud. Theft, Fraud, Conspiracy to Perjure, and just about every malpractice a Solicitor and Barrister can manage.
Please excuse the bad links you find. It’ll take months to restore these sites to their former No 1 in the World glory . . I’ll enjoy every minute of it.
The main reason this site was reinstated is not to have a go at dear old Sir Ian . . . He’s got enough criticism out there without mine. It was because it became impossible to re-launch all my sites individually . . . . They are so intricately entwined..
BESIDES . . . It’s about time The Police started doing their JOB . . . ARRESTING CRIMINALS and PERJURERS and not making excuses NOT TO.
